What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

Let’s talk one by one shall we.

Health:

When it comes to health the 1st one that I consider is what I eat. Recently after starting intermittent fasting, am focusing more on eating less but healthy.

After food, I can say workout. The strategy that I have built is more in terms of mind set. My ideology is to make workout as a habit and the exercises that am able to do now, should be do-able when am in my 60s as well. So I have focused more on simple early morning back and pelvic stretches and they really have done wonders to my body.

Well-being:

This is more in terms of the mind right, keeping the mind sharp and in a sane manner without having negative or suicidal thoughts.

To achieve this I make sure I always have something to do in my life. Am glad I have a passion, that I love riding motorcycles which is always gonna be there. Apart from this I like learning new things and improve my skills.

And I learn it deeply that am in a position to teach it better to others. Heck, during covid, I was even professionally learning wet shaving 😃.

More than all this it’s always better to have a goal in life. It can be as simple as to live happy for the rest of your life. To achieve that you simply need to do what and all makes you happy in a healthy way.
