Cartoons. It was always cartoons. Apologies for the long post from an excited 90’s kid, I had to do this guys😁.

Spent most of my elementary school days watching looney toons. Watching this makes you forget the time you’re spending on it.

During primary school I got introduced to Popeye the sailor man. Learnt many english words and through this only I knew there is a snack called Hamburger 😁.

Can’t forget powerpuff girls. This too gave a lot knowledge and I especially liked the color science in this.

Dexter’s laboratory is another time killer.

Once I went into middle school Pokemon was one of the big cartoons that I watched. The heart break you get when all of a sudden they start from the 1st episode without notice is evident😭.

Can’t make a 90’s kid post without this icon. Though limited episodes, even now I have friends who have this cover track as their ringtone and alarm tone. Heck there are bands who play this as their sound check.

And last but not least, DBZ. The cartoon that changed everything. Even now when am 32, I watch this like a little kid indeed. This is legendary guys. Even in 2023, you need to make your kids watch this. It’s a cult.

Morning. Be it the start of a long ride, or a simple stretching session, or learning new things, mornings are my favorite time of the day.

Nature looks at it’s best in the morning and you get to miss it if you’re not a morning person.

Once in a while, atleast during your travels to hill stations, try to wake up early and go for a walk in the early morning breeze and you’ll thank me later.

What motivates you?

People, yes. When friends, loved ones achieve something in their life, it naturally brings in their happiness and gives me the thought, “Gosh, I should also achieve something to feel good about myself”.

And that’s how it started for me. 2023 has been so kind to me that I had completed a long pending certification, I prepared a lot and after many interviews I ended up in a fairly good job.

This spark got lit when almost all of my colleagues started disappearing one by one and they were switching to new and better paying jobs. I was genuinely happy that they’re achieving in their lives and took feedback.

Suddenly one day I felt that my life hasn’t moved on since 2017 and wanted to take that leap.

People motivate me. Good day to you🫡.

What do you enjoy most about writing?

I consider writing as an art of self expression. Most people say, in order to express, you need to open up and talk.

Yes, most people say that because not everyone is an artist right?. Expressing and conveying the thought process in your mind through words is not easy and at times it mind end up in a different way.

If you develop this art then you’re unstoppable.

Additionally I also like the options that we have while writing. You can write longer paragraphs to explain or you can convey the same in a sentence. For me, writing is an art, a self expression, a medium (pun intended) to connect with you all 😁.

List 30 things that make you happy.

I always try to be a simple guy who follows minimalism, so I don’t think i need 30 things to make me happy😁.

1. Good food: Ofcourse, why not.

2. Tea: It’s a food, yeah, so what🤪.

3. My son: Spending time with my 4 year old little honey bee makes me forget about this world. Never ceases to amuse me

4. Bike ride/Travel: Love to ride em bikes. And I like to plan and travel through self driving.

5. Learning: Surprise. Yeah I like to learn new stuff. And while learning I make sure that I learn it deeply that i can lecture about it😃

6. Getting things done: Recent finding. I found that, more than planning something, executing it and getting it done makes me even more happy.

That’s all I guess. Nothing else comes to my mind now which makes them not in the priority list. Good day to you🫡.

Let’s talk one by one shall we.

Health:

When it comes to health the 1st one that I consider is what I eat. Recently after starting intermittent fasting, am focusing more on eating less but healthy.

After food, I can say workout. The strategy that I have built is more in terms of mind set. My ideology is to make workout as a habit and the exercises that am able to do now, should be do-able when am in my 60s as well. So I have focused more on simple early morning back and pelvic stretches and they really have done wonders to my body.

Well-being:

This is more in terms of the mind right, keeping the mind sharp and in a sane manner without having negative or suicidal thoughts.

To achieve this I make sure I always have something to do in my life. Am glad I have a passion, that I love riding motorcycles which is always gonna be there. Apart from this I like learning new things and improve my skills.

And I learn it deeply that am in a position to teach it better to others. Heck, during covid, I was even professionally learning wet shaving 😃.

More than all this it’s always better to have a goal in life. It can be as simple as to live happy for the rest of your life. To achieve that you simply need to do what and all makes you happy in a healthy way.

Toleration level and respecting others.

Toleration level: I personally believe the level of toleration, us 90s kids have is seriously lacking with the latest generation and as a society as a whole.

Back in the days, toleration was literally the solution to any problem you bring up. On one way of seeing it now, it feels pathetic, yet, times were good back then right?.

In the verge of finding solution and remedies to every little problem that we have, I feel we have lost the ability to tolerate and adjust to it.

Respecting others: This was lacking in the good old days, but it’s somewhat ok now. But still it’s a hit or miss.

I feel like the social media, say Twitter or Youtube comments for example is a blood bath for any simple arguments.

Say something and chances are a random guy will abuse you and will say filthy words about you and your family as whole. If you can tolerate and move ahead, then good for you. If you get into a dirty dog fight, then your perspective towards social media changes, and if you’re not careful, chances are you will slowly change into that other guy very soon.

If you’re reading till this point, I see you’re mature and calm and please continue being so. Teach your kids to be humble and adjust to unfavourable conditions and teach them to allow and own personal space.

Which activities make you lose track of time?

Youtube shorts. It was making me. So now a days i don’t really see them.

On the flip side, gaming makes me lose track of time now.

In my current age (32), time is the most important thing to me. More than wasting anything else, including money, wasting time makes me feel bad😅.

So now a days am trying to be mostly productive🙏. Good day to you🫡.

Describe your most memorable vacation.

When i started my riding, i got a chance to ride continuously for 5 days. Planned along with a friend and on the 1st day morning only we were discussing where to go😅

It was monsoon time all over the state and since whereever we decided, it was raining so we decided Valparai and Munnar.

We rode 4 days in rain. We would start early morning and would reach our destination by evening. This was the routine all 4 days. That was my longest and most memorable travel.

Unfortunately on the last day i had a fall and had a small wound on my knee which made me buy my riding pant as well.
