    Always. It all started with my riding hobby. I slowly developed better road sense and better instincts on road that really helped me.

    Gradually this learning got passed on to life decisions as well.

    Am no one without my instincts and I always trust it no matter what.

    There’s this reserve forest area close to where I live in this city.

    I usually go for an early morning ride to this place, especially during winters just to enjoy the cool and misty ambience.

    What part of your routine do you always try to skip if you can?

    Really feeling embarrassed to even type this, but, bathing. Yeah🙄.

    Thanks to work from home culture I easily lose count of a day and forget to bath.

    But the funny thing is everyday morning I always decide that I will bath twice that day😁.

    Am really trying to improve myself on this and doesn’t wanna skip this in future😇.

    How do you manage screen time for yourself?

    Both Android and iOS provide options to reduce screen time, but that never worked for me.

    When I have something to do in life, be it work or focusing on my passion or a hobby, I get to use my phone less naturally.

    Atleast that’s what has worked for me. Having something to do with my actual life.

    Everyone should know to respect each other and their opinions.

    Be it the online social media wars about android vs ios, politics or movie star fanboy wars, people easily gets the nerve to use cuss words to scold just to show their opinion is right.

    This is wrong and should stop. We need to educate our children to respect others and their opinion and respect their own opinions too.

    What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

    Never thought I’d say this but I prefer stretches over gym.

    There was a time when I thought gym workout is the ultimate and yoga is fake.

    Due to my riding hobby and lack of experience I developed both lower back and tail bone pain in the very early stage itself.

    After this when I thought am not fit and went to the gym, many of the workouts felt very difficult to do and I constantly had pain on my lower back.

    So I had to stop hitting the gym.

    Then the miracle happened. I started checking for some basic stretches to ease tail bone pain and after checking several videos online I curated 5 stretches from multiple videos that worked for me and did them for 1 month straight and my tail bone pain vanished in thin air.

    Now my perspective is that workout and physical well being should be a habit, than a hobby and whatever I do now, I should be able to do them when am at 60 as well.

    In samsung health app I found a programme called “Stretches for middle aged men” and that was pure magic.

    This particular stretch focuses on hip and pelvic area strengthening and this greatly helps me with my riding hobby.

    This comes under balance training so now standing on one leg and holding a filled beverage without spilling while walking is easy for me now. Shocking right, but true.

    I also feel more flexible and I have also started intermittent fasting along with this. Life is so good this year after including all these in my daily life.

    TLDR: Stretching is a best workout for all ages. Am following “Stretches for middle aged men” programme in samsung health app and this year has been so wonderful after that.
