What’s the thing you’re most scared to do? What would it take to get you to do it?
Well I can say unrealistic things like skydiving or holding my breath under water. But when it comes to real life am mostly not scared to do anything.
Even if something arises that induces fear, am more than willing to do it as it becomes a life lesson later.
In life, I always see myself as a student who loves to learn new things.

What do you complain about the most?
I always like things to be perfect, both inside and outside. Not really an obsession but a habit. Also I won’t worry much when things go wrong.
And also am fair with my approach and expect the same in return.
Fairness and perfection are the 2 things that I always complain about or go for an argument.
But over the years I understood that it’s just waste of time and also spoiling my inner peace to expect fairness and perfection in return and now am really free.

Name an attraction or town close to home that you still haven’t got around to visiting.
There’s this Danish fort situated in Tranquebar about 200km away from my place which I want to visit.
Tried once to visit with my friend on a bike ride and both of us met with minor accidents one after the another in a funny way😅.
Had to cancel that ride and visited another temple near to his place which also holds a great heritage.
But still, I really want to visit this place.

What makes a good leader?
There’s a good saying, “If you win, you can lead. If you lose, you can guide”.
In my perspective, a good leader is someone who has seen both extremes of life, pretty good and miserably bad.
One who has ample experience in the field he works, will himself get the feel that he is ready to lead and he who is the one.

Can you share a positive example of where you’ve felt loved?
There was this one time where I had an issue with my wife’s family and they had come in person to discuss(argue) and corner me.
Due to another connected issue my brother in law and sis also were not in good terms with me.
I had to handle this situation all alone and I was even ready for that.
But the night before the discussion(argument), my brother in law had sent me a message asking if he has to come to support me and is always ready to help.
After a very long time, I felt loved that moment.

Where can you reduce clutter in your life?
Lately the number of tasks I take up in family, work and my hobbies are getting way over my head.
I would like to keep it simple this year by reducing the number of tasks I take up and focus on completing the tasks gracefully instead.
